Refund policy

Customers can return unused artificial jewellery only within 02 days of delivery if it's in original packaging, with invoice, price tags, and QC tags intact. Hygiene items like nose pins and toe rings are non-returnable; shipping charges are non-refundable. Initiate returns via your returns form; we'll schedule pickup within 24-48 hours and process the returned items in 3-5 business days after receipt and inspection.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving and verifying returns, reflecting in 7-8 business days. Full refund for eligible items minus shipping; COD orders require bank details via link. No refunds on non-returnable items or after 02 days; store credit option is available to your wallet.

Exchange Policy: Exchange by returning the item only within 02 days and placing a new order online. Prepaid returns get full refunds/replacement for quick re-ordering. Ensure items are unused with tags in the same condition as sent. Only on a case-by-case basis can the item be replaced.

Shipping policy

We ship domestically via trusted partners with delivery in 4-8 business days: internationally via DHL or FedEx in 8-10 days. Orders are securely packaged in branded boxes after quality checks.
