Customers can return unused artificial jewellery within 02 days of delivery if it's in original packaging, with invoice, price tags, and QC tags intact. Hygiene items like nose pins and toe rings are non-returnable; shipping charges are non-refundable. Initiate returns via your returns form; we'll schedule pickup within 24-48 hours and process the returned items in 5-6 business days after inspection.
